Growing executive compensation & benefits practice seeking a 2–3 year associate to join a national team. The role offers geographic flexibility with openings in multiple U.S. offices (candidates may indicate preferred office in application).

Associates will advise public and private companies, emerging growth clients, executives, boards and compensation committees on complex matters including M&A-related compensation issues, financings and IPOs, equity and incentive plans, 409A and nonqualified deferred compensation, ERISA/group benefits compliance, and public reporting obligations. Work involves collaboration across deal and advisory teams and early substantive responsibility.

The position offers mentorship, hands‑on transactional and advisory experience, and the opportunity to build deep technical expertise in executive compensation and benefits.

  • J.D. (or foreign equivalent); LL.M. considered in lieu of J.D.
  • 2–3 years' relevant experience advising on executive compensation and employee benefits matters
  • Prior or current experience at a national Am Law 100 firm or similar environment
  • Strong analytical, research, and legal writing skills; excellent oral communication and client service abilities
  • Admission to, and good standing with, the bar in the jurisdiction(s) of practice
