Seeking an associate (law school class years 2020–2024) to join a US-focused Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits team based in Dallas. The practice combines executive compensation, equity and incentive plan work, and ERISA matters, with greater emphasis on executive and equity-based compensation.

Work will include a mix of transaction-related projects (e.g., compensation provisions in corporate transactions and financing matters) and general advisory matters (plan design, equity awards, compliance and ERISA counseling). Law school class years 2020–2024
Experience or coursework in executive compensation, equity-based incentive plans, and ERISA preferred
Strong drafting skills and experience on transactional and advisory matters involving compensation arrangements
Ability to work collaboratively on deal teams, manage multiple matters, and communicate clearly with clients
