Apply in confidence →National law firm seeks an associate to join its Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits team in Dallas. The group focuses on executive compensation, equity and other incentive plans, and ERISA-related matters, with emphasis on executive and equity-based compensation.
The role combines transaction work and general advisory matters for corporate clients. Candidates will work on plan design, equity awards, compliance and related employee benefits issues across a range of corporate matters.
- Graduating law school class years 2020–2024 or equivalent experience
- Experience or coursework in executive compensation, equity/incentive plans and ERISA
- Comfort with transaction-related work and general advisory matters
- Strong drafting, analytical and client-communication skills
