Seeking an associate to join a national labor and employment team in a full-time, partnership-track role. The position is open to candidates for placement in one of several U.S. offices (including Washington, DC; Richmond; Dallas; Houston; or Atlanta).

The role focuses on employment litigation and labor matters: managing litigation dockets, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and advising employers on a broad range of workplace issues. The team handles NLRA/NLRB-related matters and labor-related agency investigations.

Ideal candidates will be able to manage matters independently, provide practical, business-focused advice to clients, draft advocacy materials and position statements, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

At least 4 years of employment & labor experience (class of 2022 or more senior)
Experience managing employment litigation: depositions, motions practice, and case strategy
Strong knowledge of the NLRA and NLRB processes and labor-related agency investigations
Excellent legal research, writing, analytical and client-communication skills
Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be based; prior large law firm experience preferred
