Growth-oriented law firm seeks a full-time, partnership-track Labor & Employment associate to join its U.S. practice. The role is open to candidates in multiple U.S. offices and involves a mix of employment litigation and labor counseling for employer clients.

The successful candidate will manage litigation matters independently—taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and owning case strategy and deadlines—while also advising employers on workplace and labor issues, including NLRB processes and agency investigations.

Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in employment and labor law.
Demonstrated litigation experience: depositions, motion practice, case management and strategy.
Strong knowledge of the NLRA and NLRB processes, and experience with labor-related agency investigations.
Excellent analytical, legal research, drafting and client-communication skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with colleagues on multi-office matters.
Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction to which the candidate is applying; large law firm experience preferred.
