Join a global finance & projects team in Singapore as a transactional associate focused on debt finance and project finance. The role is Singapore-based with hybrid working; work will be focused on cross-border financings across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond.

You will advise on a range of debt products including project financings, acquisition finance, prepayment and general corporate facilities for banks, multilaterals and private capital clients across sectors such as energy, infrastructure and digital infrastructure. The role involves significant client contact, travel within Asia and active involvement in business development.

Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction
Approximately 3–5 years’ post‑qualification experience (PQE) in debt finance
Experience on project finance and other cross‑border lending transactions
Strong drafting and commercial skills, comfortable with client contact and travel; proactive about business development
