Associate — Financial Restructuring, New York

Mid-senior level associate opportunity in a leading financial restructuring team based in New York. The role focuses on complex chapter 11 cases and out-of-court workouts for creditor and debtor-side clients.

Work will include drafting pleadings and restructuring agreements, participating in hearings and negotiations, and supporting case strategy on large, high‑stakes matters alongside an experienced team.

• 4–6 years' post-qualification experience in financial restructuring/bankruptcy
• Experience representing creditors or debtors in large chapter 11 cases or significant workouts
