Associate — Financial Restructuring, Washington

Mid-level restructuring associate role in the Washington office of a leading national firm. The team handles large, complex restructurings both in and out of chapter proceedings, with work spanning transactional and litigation aspects.

The role will involve representing creditor-side interests, including secured creditors, on high-stakes restructurings and related contested matters. The team seeks candidates with strong law-firm experience and the ability to manage significant client workstreams.

• 3-6 years' restructuring/bankruptcy experience at a major law firm
• Experience on large, complex restructurings in and out of bankruptcy
• Experience representing creditors, particularly secured creditors, in transactional and litigation matters
• Strong drafting, advocacy and client-management skills
