Associate, Financial Services Disputes — Bristol

Join a national financial services disputes team as an Associate based in Bristol on a hybrid working basis. You will run a varied contentious caseload for financial services clients and provide commercial, strategic advice across disputes and claims.

The role involves working closely with senior fee-earners, collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices, and contributing to business development and client relationship activities.

The team handles the full spectrum of contentious issues in commercial, business and consumer finance, including pre‑litigation management, dispute resolution and alternative dispute resolution.

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE
• Experience in financial services disputes, banking, insurance, property or commercial litigation
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills; able to manage workloads and deadlines
• Commercial awareness, self-motivation and willingness to support business development
