Associate — Property Damage (Insurance)

An opportunity for a qualified associate to join a UK insurance disputes team handling property-damage work. The role will sit across the firm's UK offices with a focus on supporting and growing the property-damage capability while assisting colleagues on complex and cross-office matters.

The team advises insurers, reinsurers and other insured parties on coverage issues, defending high-value and complex claims, and pursuing subrogation and recovery actions. The role is hybrid and involves client-facing work, courtroom/claims defence experience and contribution to business development activities.

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years' post-qualification experience
• Experience handling complex property-damage and related insurance claims
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good time-management, organisation, legal research and technical drafting abilities
• Client-focused with willingness to attend business development events
