A well-established insurance team is seeking an Associate (NQ–2 years) to join its General Liability practice in Bristol. The role will predominantly handle personal injury claims across fast track, intermediate and multi-track matters, with opportunities to work on related regulatory matters including health & safety investigations/prosecutions and inquests, and on product regulation.

You will be given responsibility for running your own files as you demonstrate capability, with scope to contribute to client workstreams, business development initiatives and team improvement projects. The role may require occasional travel, principally to London.

Qualified solicitor or legal executive (NQ–2 years' PQE).
Practical experience handling personal injury claims and fast-track litigation.
Interest or experience in product law and health & safety regulatory work.
Strong knowledge of civil procedure, good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Client-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships; commercial awareness and commitment to business development.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with management information and file financial hygiene.
