Associate — Franchise & Distribution (Corporate)

Top-tier national practice is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Franchise & Distribution group across multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on transactional work supporting franchise, licensing and distribution programs, regulatory compliance, and domestic and cross-border expansion strategies.

Associates will work on sophisticated M&A and commercial matters, draft and negotiate key agreements, support franchise program development, and have opportunities for direct client contact on complex transactions. This is a multi-office, U.S.-based role with significant client exposure and a fast-paced workload.

• 3-5 years of transactional experience (mergers & acquisitions, general corporate and/or licensing)
• Franchise experience preferred but not required
• Strong drafting and writing skills, attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills, maturity, and ability to manage a challenging, high-volume workload
• Strong academic credentials
