Join a national U.S. law firm’s corporate team as a Funds Associate supporting investment-funds work across multiple offices (including virtual options). The role sits within the firm’s financial services / capital markets group and focuses on advising fund sponsors and investors through fund formation and lifecycle matters.

The team handles private equity, private credit, venture capital and related securities and corporate matters. The hiring group seeks proactive, entrepreneurial candidates who work well under pressure and who can clearly articulate legal strategies to clients and colleagues.

3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate/securities and fund work
Experience advising investment funds (formation, governance, investor-side and sponsor-side work); private equity, private credit or venture capital experience preferred
Active bar license in the state of the chosen office or commitment to obtain promptly
Excellent academics, strong judgment, client-facing skills, and ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines
