Senior associate role in a global funds and asset management team based in New York, advising fund sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors on fund formation and secondary transactions across private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real estate strategies.

Work includes closed- and open-ended fund formations, evergreen and permanent capital vehicles, co-investment and managed account arrangements, GP-led continuation structures, LP portfolio transactions and fund reorganizations. The team collaborates closely with tax and regulatory colleagues across jurisdictions.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Admission to the New York bar
Prior experience at a peer law firm in funds/asset management or related practice
Strong academic record, commercial awareness, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work collaboratively in teams
