Associate — Funds, Singapore

Seeking an associate to join a Singapore-based funds team within a global private-client and asset-management practice. The role offers exposure to fund formation and ongoing funds work, supporting fund managers and investors across the region.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating fund documentation, advising on regulatory compliance affecting funds and managers, and providing ongoing transactional and advisory support under the supervision of experienced lawyers in a collegial team.

• 1–2 years PQE (or equivalent experience)
• Admitted to practise in Singapore
• Prior funds or fund-formation experience strongly preferred; solid corporate background advantageous
• Excellent drafting, research, analytical and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and in a team
