Join a specialist complex liabilities and insurance practice in Sydney as part of a market‑leading Health Law team. The role focuses on medical malpractice, coronial matters and other health‑related disputes for public and private healthcare stakeholders.

You will work in a collaborative, flexible team on high‑profile, technically demanding matters, using contemporary tools (including firm‑provided AI and productivity platforms) to deliver practical, commercial advice to clients.

The team values technical excellence, client service and professional development; this role offers exposure to significant court work and complex liability matters in a supportive environment.

Minimum 2 years post‑admission (PQE) with relevant technical experience in health‑related disputes.
Experience in medical malpractice and/or coronial law preferred; experience acting for public health agencies advantageous.
Familiarity with NSW District and Supreme Courts and the Coroner's Court.
Excellent plain‑English drafting, strong attention to detail and a client‑service mindset; able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
