Associate — Health Liability Litigation, Sydney

Seeking a litigation associate to join a market-leading health liability team in Sydney. The role involves acting on the defence of complex clinical negligence and health-related claims across multiple medical specialties and jurisdictions.

You will work closely with senior lawyers on matters across state courts and coronial jurisdictions, managing files from pleadings through to hearings. The team offers structured mentoring, career progression and a collaborative, inclusive culture with flexible work options.

• Minimum 2 years PQE with experience in health liability/clinical negligence litigation
• Experience in state courts and/or coronial proceedings (NSW and Queensland experience desirable)
• Strong drafting, advocacy and client-management skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work collaboratively in a team
