Senior litigation team is recruiting an Associate to join a national healthcare practice handling employers' liability and public liability work for healthcare sector clients. The role involves running own EL/PL caseload, advising on medical negligence and regulatory interplay, and representing clients in contested proceedings.

The team acts for a mix of public healthcare bodies, trusts and private providers on fast-track and multi-track EL/PL claims and related inquests and judicial-review matters. The role is hybrid and open to candidates across several UK offices.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 1-3 years' post-qualification experience
Practical litigation experience in employers' liability / public liability (EL/PL)
Good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
Experience managing your own caseload and conducting court-based advocacy
