Join a national UK practice from the Sheffield office as a solicitor in the Medical Negligence team with a focus on group actions and product liability. The role involves managing a personal caseload of individual clinical negligence matters while supporting large-scale, high-profile group litigation arising from defective devices and pharmaceuticals.

You will work alongside experienced litigators and multidisciplinary stakeholders (experts, counsel and clinical advisers) to progress claims, pursue interim payments for client care, and contribute to case strategy and knowledge sharing. The team deals with complex clinical areas including obstetrics, neonatal, surgical and psychiatric claims.

1–5 years PQE with demonstrable medical/clinical negligence experience
Some exposure to group actions or product liability is an advantage
