Associate, Volume Employers' and Public Liability

A leading national personal injury practice is seeking an ambitious junior associate to join its growing liability defence team. This role is open across multiple UK offices and offers an excellent platform for a newly qualified solicitor or associate with up to two years' PQE to build a career within a market-leading practice.

You will manage a varied caseload of complex and high-volume employers' liability and public liability claims, including litigated matters across the fast, intermediate and multi-track. The work will involve exposure to high-profile cases, leading insurer clients, and matters that may require cross-border quantum investigations.

You will work alongside experienced partners recognised as leaders in defendant personal injury, supported by an in-house research and development capability and an award-winning suite of technology and process innovations. The firm takes a practical, client-focused approach and is committed to developing your technical expertise, commercial awareness and client-management skills in a collaborative environment.

• Newly qualified solicitor or associate with up to two years' PQE
