Associate — Healthcare (FDA Regulatory) — Washington, D.C.

Experienced FDA regulatory associate sought to join a national healthcare & life sciences regulatory team in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on counseling FDA-regulated companies across the product life cycle and supporting regulatory aspects of corporate transactions.

Work will include advising on FDA regulatory strategy, transactional diligence and structuring, product development and clinical‑trial issues, product launch and marketing compliance, and related counseling and defense work. The team works closely with corporate colleagues on M&A, financings and commercial agreements.

• Minimum 2 years’ federal FDA regulatory experience advising industry clients
• Experience with transactional diligence and regulatory aspects of M&A or financings involving FDA‑regulated entities
• Familiarity with product development, clinical trials, launch/marketing compliance, and interactions with government regulators across the product life cycle
• Strong drafting and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative practice
