Apply in confidence →Growing Cyber/Data/Privacy team seeks an experienced associate to join its US offices (multiple locations). The group advises a broad range of clients on privacy, cybersecurity and data protection matters, with work spanning counseling and advisory matters, transactional privacy due diligence, incident preparedness and response, and regulatory matters.
Ideal candidates will have substantial privacy and security experience, be able to engage directly with clients and lead significant projects, and demonstrate strong analytical and written advocacy skills. This role supports cross-border and domestic matters within a national practice.
- 4-7 years' experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity or data protection (law firm or in-house)
- Hands-on experience with CCPA/CPRA, GDPR and other privacy frameworks
- Experience with data breach/incident response, privacy due diligence, and drafting data processing agreements/privacy schedules
- Excellent writing, analytical skills and client-facing experience; JD and active bar admission
