Well-regarded national/international practice is hiring a mid-level insolvency and restructuring associate for its Montreal office. The role focuses on restructuring, distressed-debt matters and creditors rights work across corporate insolvency and restructuring mandates.

The successful candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams on complex, often cross-border matters and will handle a mix of advisory and transactional files for financial stakeholders and corporate debtors.

The team values collaboration, strong professional standards and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be (or be willing to become) members in good standing of the Barreau du Qu e9bec.

3 05 years post-qualification experience in insolvency, corporate restructuring, or related distressed-debt work
Practical experience with restructuring, distressed-debt and creditors rights matters
Member of the Barreau du Qu e9bec or eligible to become a member
Proven ability to work collaboratively in large-firm teams and manage multiple matters to tight deadlines
