Associate — Insurance Litigation, Melbourne

Opportunity for a 3–4 PQE litigation lawyer to join a well-established insurance practice in Melbourne. The role focuses on defence work for insurers and corporates, with an emphasis on professional indemnity and financial lines matters (including D&O, regulatory defence and management liability).

You will handle a diverse mix of complex and technically demanding claims, provide coverage advice, and have early client contact and strategic input on matters. The team offers close mentorship, cross-border work through an international network, and supported career development in a hybrid working environment.

• 3–4 years' PQE with solid insurance litigation experience, ideally in professional indemnity or financial lines
• Strong technical litigation skills and commercial judgment
• Comfortable managing matters and engaging directly with clients
