Associate — Insurance Litigation — Perth

Senior litigation team in Perth is seeking a motivated Associate with 1–4 years' PQE to join an established insurance disputes practice. The role offers early responsibility, direct client contact and hands-on management of contested matters across State and Federal jurisdictions.

You will work on a range of insurance and commercial disputes, develop litigation strategy, prepare pleadings and witness statements, manage discovery and attend mediations and hearings. The team emphasises collaborative case management and client-facing work.

• 1–4 years' post-qualification experience in litigation (insurance or commercial disputes preferred)
• Proven experience managing matters through court processes and attending hearings/mediations
• Strong drafting, analytical and advocacy skills
• Commercial client-service approach and ability to own matters while working collaboratively
