Senior associate role within a leading insurance and dispute resolution team in Perth. The team acts for a broad insurer and insured client base across public liability, workers’ compensation, professional indemnity and complex insured disputes.

The role involves managing a varied caseload, advising on liability and indemnity issues, and running matters through courts and tribunals. You'll join a collaborative, high‑performing practice that values technical excellence and client service.

5+ years PQE with strong technical litigation experience in liability claims
Experience across public/product liability, workers’ compensation and/or professional indemnity matters (exposure to these areas desirable)
Knowledge of Civil Liability and Limitation legislation, tort and contract principles
Proven experience in court and tribunal practice, strong drafting and pragmatic client communication skills
Client‑focused, commercially minded and collaborative team player with attention to detail
