Join a leading Australian insurance litigation team in Perth advising insurers, government, corporate and not‑for‑profit clients on a broad range of liability and indemnity disputes. The practice handles public and product liability, workers’ compensation, professional indemnity, class actions and other complex insured matters.

This is a hands‑on role working alongside experienced practitioners to manage litigation through courts and tribunals, provide pragmatic advice on indemnity and reserving issues, and build enduring client relationships. The team operates collaboratively and embraces technology and flexible working.

1–4 years PQE in insurance, liability or general disputes
Technical experience with liability claims and indemnity issues
Experience in District, Supreme or Federal Court matters and interlocutory practice
Familiarity with Civil Liability and Limitation principles, tort and contract law
Strong drafting, judgment and client‑facing skills; ability to manage competing priorities
Collaborative mindset and commitment to contributing to team culture
