A senior insurance litigator role in the Perth office of a global insurance-focused firm. You will join an established insurance disputes team advising insurers, corporates and government clients on complex, high-value matters.

The practice has a strong focus on construction professional indemnity and first‑party property disputes, alongside casualty, product liability, financial lines, regulatory and marine/transport matters. The role involves leading contested matters in State and Federal jurisdictions and supporting business development for the practice.

This is a hybrid, full‑time position offering access to a collaborative local team with the resources of an international network, plus opportunities to mentor junior lawyers and progress your litigation career.

Admitted to practise in the relevant Australian jurisdiction (WA preferred).
Substantial insurance litigation experience, including construction PI and first‑party property matters.
Proven ability to lead contested matters in State and Federal courts and develop litigation strategy.
Experience with product liability, coverage/indemnity and related casualty or financial lines disputes.
Demonstrated mentoring skills and contribution to business development initiatives.
