Top-tier insurance litigation team in Vancouver is hiring an associate with 2–6 years' post-qualification experience to handle general insurance and professional indemnity matters. The role involves litigation work across mediations, arbitrations, trials and appeals, with a focus on commercial disputes and coverage analysis.

You'll work closely with senior litigators on pleadings, motion materials, discoveries, trial preparation and court appearances, and will be expected to manage files, draft legal advice and maintain client relationships within a collaborative, entrepreneurial team.
