Join a dedicated Canada-based Family Services team as an associate advising high-net-worth families and individuals on complex family-wealth matters. The role involves advising on cohabitation and marriage agreements, surrogacy agreements, separation agreements, division of property and debt, and negotiated settlements.

The successful candidate will manage complex client matters, coordinate with external advisors (including tax and trust advisors), mentor junior lawyers, and help expand client relationships. Litigation experience is an asset.

Candidates must be a member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.

5–7 years post-qualification experience in family law
Experience advising high-net-worth families on family-wealth issues (agreements, property division, surrogacy, settlements)
Familiarity coordinating with advisors on trusts, real property and commercial interests
Litigation experience is a plus
Strong judgment, excellent communication skills and experience mentoring junior lawyers
Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
