Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience advising healthcare, life sciences or pharmaceutical clients, including health-technology mandates
Track record of originating and leading cross-border matters (Canada–US an asset)
Strong commercial and regulatory knowledge relevant to healthcare and life sciences
