The team advises lenders, developers and financial institutions on regulatory compliance, secured lending and real-estate-backed financing. The successful candidate will work closely with other senior lawyers across offices and may take on a leadership role in the Vancouver practice.
- Proven partner-level experience in lending, banking regulatory work and real estate transactions
- Track record of originating and managing client relationships and cross-office matters
- Strong technical knowledge of Canadian banking/regulatory frameworks and commercial real estate finance
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
