Senior private practice opportunity for an experienced corporate partner to join a major international firm’s Vancouver office. The role focuses on M&A and transactional work with significant overlap across banking, capital markets and real estate matters.

Ideal candidates will lead client relationships and help expand an established practice in Canada, with the firm open to individual or team moves. The team handles cross-border transactions and complex commercial matters for institutional and corporate clients.
