Experienced Real Estate finance partner sought to join a well‑established Vancouver practice. The role focuses on commercial real estate financings, mortgage lending, and related secured transactions across a mix of institutional and private clients.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role on complex financings, work closely with cross‑disciplinary teams, and help grow the practice through client development and deal origination. Candidates with a portable practice or significant client relationships will be considered.

Established partner-level experience in real estate finance and commercial lending.
Proven track record advising lenders and borrowers on mortgage financings, syndicated loans, and secured lending structures.
Strong client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice considered.
Admissions/eligibility to practise in British Columbia (or ability to qualify promptly).
Ability to lead transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with corporate and banking teams.
