A leading international law firm
Apply in confidence →Our client, a leading Canadian business law firm, is seeking an Associate with two to five years of relevant experience to join its top-ranked Environmental, Indigenous and Regulatory group in Vancouver.
The group advises on the full spectrum of environmental, regulatory, and Indigenous law issues that shape energy, infrastructure, mining, natural resource, and other industrial developments across Canada. With extensive experience in environmental assessments, permitting and approvals, regulatory compliance, risk management, ESG initiatives, and disputes, the team helps clients navigate complex federal, provincial, and territorial regulatory regimes while advancing commercial objectives and minimizing legal risk. The practice also provides ongoing practical guidance on Indigenous rights, consultation and accommodation obligations, UNDRIP, treaty and governance issues, relationship development, impact and benefit agreements, regulatory processes, and Indigenous equity participation.

This role offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to develop your practice in a supportive and diverse environment.

- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with clients across sectors.
