The practice's priority needs are real estate and commercial leasing, an active interest in capital markets work, and private equity engagements with a mid-market focus on transactions up to roughly CAD 250M. There is also room for broader general business law work where a candidate brings a strong, portable roster of clients. Candidates who prefer to move as part of a team rather than individually are welcome, and the firm is open to senior partners viewing this as a final career move.

The role joins as a non-capital partner, with eligibility for capital partnership after one year, subject to a buy-in that scales with the size of the candidate's practice.
