Senior partner-level opportunity in a well-regarded Canadian law firm seeking an experienced real estate and commercial leasing partner to join its Vancouver office. The role sits alongside active capital markets, private equity and general business practices and will handle complex transactional work for corporate and institutional clients.

The firm is specifically looking for a partner with a portable practice and demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships. The hire would join as a non-capital partner with a clear path to equity partnership following a transition period.

Senior partner / counsel with a proven transactional real estate and commercial leasing background
Established, portable book of business and a track record of originating client work (team opportunities also considered)
Experience advising on or working alongside capital markets and private equity transactions
Strong business development, client relationship and team leadership skills
Membership or eligibility to be called to the bar in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction
