Well-established Canadian practice is seeking a mid‑to‑senior level partner to join its Vancouver office, with a primary focus on litigation and real estate matters. The team is interested in candidates who bring demonstrable practice strength and the ability to originate and lead matters; a large portable book is not the only route to a successful appointment.

Practice areas of interest include financial services, real estate and litigation, with additional opportunities in private equity, environmental and white‑collar work. The group is open to candidates across seniority levels, including strong junior partners and service partners in select specialties.

There is flexibility on retirement timing for senior hires (the team prefers candidates with roughly 5–10 years until planned retirement) if the practice and client base are a strong fit.

Established litigation and/or real estate practice with proven matter leadership
Track record of originating work and building client relationships
Comfort advising on matters across financial services, private equity, environmental or white‑collar issues (as relevant)
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Open to mid‑senior level and strong junior partner candidates
