Labour & Employment Associate — Vancouver (Hybrid)

Growing national labour & employment practice is hiring an associate to join its new Vancouver office. The role will sit on the employment team and handle a mix of advisory and litigation work for Canadian employers.

This is a hybrid position based in Vancouver. The team is looking for lawyers with recent BC experience who can contribute immediately to client matters involving workplace standards, collective bargaining and wage & hour issues.

• Called to the British Columbia Bar
• 2–6 years' post-qualification experience in labour & employment law
• Experience with wage & hour disputes and union/collective bargaining matters
• Strong drafting, advocacy and client-facing skills
