Senior litigation partner role in a top Vancouver office seeking a leader to build and sustain a high-quality commercial disputes practice. The office has a strong associate bench and needs senior partner bandwidth to manage complex matters, mentor junior lawyers and provide visible practice leadership.

Ideal candidates will have an established commercial litigation practice with a complementary, part-time Bankruptcy & Insolvency component. The role suits someone with runway left in their career who can develop stable corporate-brand client relationships in the Vancouver market rather than rely on sporadic offshore/Asia work.

Appointment is expected at Income Partner level with performance-based consideration for Equity Partner in approximately two years; exceptional candidates with an unusually strong, portable practice may be considered for equity on entry.

Portable book of business of CAD $1M+
Senior partner level with track record of originating and managing commercial litigation matters
Hybrid Bankruptcy & Insolvency experience strongly preferred (part-time B&I practice valuable)
Proven ability to mentor and lead associates and integrate into an existing bench
Preference for candidates with established corporate-brand clients and stable, portable revenues
