Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor team in Vancouver. The role will involve advising employers and senior management on workplace strategy, complex labour matters and employment litigation and regulatory issues.

The successful candidate will lead and develop client relationships, work across Canada-wide matters with a sector-focused team, and partner with colleagues on cross-practice mandates. The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice and an established book of business.

Proven partner-level experience in labour and employment law (unionized and non-unionized matters)
Established client relationships and demonstrated business development capability; portable practice welcomed
Strong advocacy and advisory skills, including litigation, collective bargaining and regulatory work
Membership in the appropriate provincial bar or eligibility to be called to the bar in British Columbia
