Leading national litigation practice is hiring a lateral partner to strengthen its Vancouver disputes team. The group is interested in experienced litigators across environmental, construction, securities, white‑collar and estates/commercial litigation.

These hires are opportunistic — the firm is looking for established rainmakers or rising partners with demonstrable books of business and the ability to maintain market rates. Moves with a team are welcomed where the candidate's portable business supports a team structure.

• Proven partner-level experience in litigation or related specialties (environmental, construction, securities, white‑collar, estates/commercial)
• Demonstrable ability to bill at market rates and to delegate appropriately to associates
• Track record of business development and clear potential to grow a portable book
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
