Corporate Associate — M&A & Private Equity, Vancouver

Senior associate role within a top-ranked corporate group in Vancouver, focused on M&A, private equity and corporate governance matters. The team advises Canadian and international clients on negotiated and private transactions, restructurings, governance and complex commercial arrangements.

The role offers exposure to cross-border and private-equity transactions, collaboration with other offices and external counsel, and increasing responsibility on deals and client relationships within a supportive, diverse team environment.

• 4–6 years' post-qualification corporate transactional experience (M&A/private equity focus)
• Demonstrated drafting and negotiation skills on purchase agreements, shareholder/LLC agreements and related transaction documents
• Experience with corporate governance, reorganizations and routine commercial advisory work
• Comfort working on cross-border matters and coordinating with external counsel
• Strong academic record, excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
