Join a large, nationally recognised Major Injury & Casualty team handling complex, high-value personal injury matters for insurance clients. The role sits in the London office with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

You will support senior lawyers on catastrophic injury, EL/PL and motor cases — managing high-value defendant and claimant files, drafting pleadings and client reports, instructing experts, handling liability and causation issues, and meeting court and client deadlines.

Qualified solicitor with 1+ PQE in litigation, ideally with EL/PL, personal injury, catastrophic injury or large-loss experience.
Experience on high-value files (cases from c.£100k upwards), either running defendant matters or as an assistant to senior team members; claimant experience considered.
Strong drafting and advocacy support skills, confident managing court deadlines, evidence gathering and instructing experts.
Commercial awareness, ability to prioritise workload under pressure, and good oral and written communication skills.
