Join a specialist insurance disputes team in Bristol as an Associate with responsibility for professional indemnity and related liability matters. The role offers hands-on responsibility for a varied caseload acting for insurers and insured professionals across sectors such as construction, legal and financial services.

You will work on both contentious and advisory matters, gaining exposure to High Court litigation, policy and coverage issues, and strategic client work. The post is offered on a full-time, hybrid basis within a collaborative practice that supports development and secondment opportunities.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years' post‑qualification experience
Experience in professional indemnity, insurance litigation or commercial disputes
Proven drafting skills (pleadings, reports, correspondence) and litigation experience in higher courts
Strong technical, analytical and client‑handling abilities
Proactive, collaborative approach and commercial awareness of the insurance sector
