Associate, Intellectual Property (Life Sciences) — New York

Seeking a junior to mid-level intellectual property attorney to join a nationally recognized IP litigation team in New York. The role focuses on life‑sciences patent disputes, including Hatch‑Waxman (ANDA) and Biologics (BPCIA) matters.

Work will include drafting and briefing, developing litigation strategy, managing casework, and counseling innovator pharmaceutical clients in district court and before the PTAB. The position offers exposure to complex, high‑stakes litigation and collaborative team practice.

• Junior to mid‑level IP litigation attorney (as described in the role)
• Experience in life sciences patent disputes, including Hatch‑Waxman (ANDA) and/or BPCIA matters
• Track record representing innovator pharmaceutical clients in district court and/or before the PTAB
• Strong drafting and briefing skills, litigation strategy, and client‑facing experience
