Senior Associate — Health Care M&A

National health care transactions team seeks a Senior Associate with significant M&A experience to support complex transactions for providers, private equity sponsors and other health-care participants. The role is open to candidates in multiple U.S. offices.

The successful lawyer will lead deal teams on joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and strategic affiliations, manage due diligence and regulatory workstreams, and serve as a day-to-day client contact. The position requires strong leadership, client-facing skills, and the ability to manage junior attorneys through transaction execution from inception to closing.

This position follows an office-forward hybrid schedule (approximately 60% on-site) and offers opportunity for advancement within a nationally recognized health-care practice.

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to (or eligible for) MA, NY, or DC bar
• 6+ years of M&A experience, preferably in the health-care sector
• Proven ability to lead complex transactions, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and manage due diligence and cross-disciplinary teams
• Familiarity with federal and state health-care regulatory regimes (e.g., Anti‑Kickback, Stark, state licensure/CON rules) preferred
