Top-tier US law firm seeks associates (law school classes 2019–2022) to join a busy intellectual property litigation team in Orange County. The role focuses on patent litigation matters across district courts and administrative forums.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated patent litigation experience and strong academic credentials. Candidates with undergraduate degrees in electrical, computer, mechanical, chemical, biomedical engineering, or computer science are strongly preferred. CAFC clerkship experience and familiarity with PTAB proceedings are a plus.

Law school graduation in classes 2019–2022
Prior patent/IP litigation experience
Strong academic record from a top law school
Undergraduate STEM degree preferred (electrical, computer, mechanical, chemical, biomedical engineering, or computer science)
CAFC clerkship experience and/or PTAB dispute exposure advantageous
