The role involves managing aspects of active patent and trade-secret cases, taking and defending depositions, drafting motions and discovery, and supervising more junior associates. Candidates should have solid law‑firm litigation experience and strong academic credentials.

• 3–7 years' litigation experience, with a focus on patent and trade-secret matters
• Experience taking and defending depositions and managing case workstreams
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor junior associates
• Strong academic record and prior law‑firm IP litigation experience
