Associate, Labor & Employment — Dallas

Experienced employment litigation associate opportunity in a major national office. The team represents employers, focusing primarily on class and representative litigation as well as counseling and internal investigations.

Matters include wage & hour and discrimination class actions; candidates with prior class-action experience on the employer side will be competitive. The group offers exposure to both trial-oriented work and advisory matters.

• Juris Doctor and active bar admission (or eligibility) in the relevant jurisdiction
• Approximately 3+ years' employment/labor litigation experience at a law firm (employer-side preferred)
• Substantive experience with class or representative actions, including wage & hour and discrimination matters
• Strong litigation skills: motion practice, discovery management, and client counseling
