ERISA Litigation Associate — Employment & Labor (Dallas)

We are seeking a motivated ERISA litigation associate to join a national litigation team in Dallas. The role focuses on defense-side ERISA class actions and complex employee benefits disputes, offering substantive hands-on litigation experience.

Successful candidates will work on cases alleging fiduciary duty breaches, excessive-fee claims, and disputes involving defined contribution and defined benefit plans. The team emphasizes collaboration, high-quality drafting, and courtroom preparation in a fast-paced environment.

• Law school class years 2020 022 (recent graduate/junior associate level)
• Substantive litigation experience in ERISA and employee benefits class actions
• Experience handling fiduciary duty and excessive-fee claims, and disputes for defined contribution/defined benefit plans
• Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills; ability to work collaboratively on complex litigation
